Real Estate Broker

Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Real Estate Broker located in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Broker will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing real properties while providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property market analysis, identifying client needs, developing marketing strategies, showing properties, negotiating contracts, and finalizing transactions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is central to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Brokerage and Real Estate
• Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service
• Familiarity with Real Property laws and regulations
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and possess a valid driving license
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in market research, property valuation, and using relevant tools or software
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
