Job Description

The Real Estate Broker will manage property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, providing expert advice to buyers, nurturing investor relationships, and representing the brokerage in a professional, client-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Manage inbound enquiries and generate new business through networking and referrals
  • Qualify buyers and understand investment or lifestyle objectives
  • Conduct property viewings and virtual tours
  • Advise on off-plan and secondary market opportunities
  • Present market insights, ROI projections, and area recommendations
  • Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion

  • Developer & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and partner agencies
  • Stay informed on new launches, pricing trends, and payment plans
  • Attend developer events, exhibitions, and property showcases

  • Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
  • Prepare and manage Form A, Form B, Form F, MOUs, and KYC documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system (Zoho or similar)

  • Brand Representation

  • Uphold premium service standards and professional conduct
  • Support marketing and social media initiatives when required
  • Act as a trusted advisor to UK and international clients

  • Requirements

    Mandatory Requirements

    24 years experience in Dubai real estate

    Proven experience in off-plan and secondary sales

    RERA Certification

    Registered DLD Broker ID

    Valid UAE driving licence

    Own vehicle

    Strong understanding of Dubai property transactions

    Ability to generate deals independently

    Preferred Requirements

  • Existing investor or client database
  • Experience working with UK or international buyers
  • Established developer relationships
  • Zoho CRM experience
  • Consultative, relationship-led sales approach
