The Real Estate Broker will manage property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, providing expert advice to buyers, nurturing investor relationships, and representing the brokerage in a professional, client-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Manage inbound enquiries and generate new business through networking and referrals
Qualify buyers and understand investment or lifestyle objectives
Conduct property viewings and virtual tours
Advise on off-plan and secondary market opportunities
Present market insights, ROI projections, and area recommendations
Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion
Developer & Market Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and partner agencies
Stay informed on new launches, pricing trends, and payment plans
Attend developer events, exhibitions, and property showcases
Compliance & Administration
Ensure full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
Prepare and manage Form A, Form B, Form F, MOUs, and KYC documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system (Zoho or similar)
Brand Representation
Uphold premium service standards and professional conduct
Support marketing and social media initiatives when required
Act as a trusted advisor to UK and international clients
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
24 years experience in Dubai real estate
Proven experience in off-plan and secondary sales
RERA Certification
Registered DLD Broker ID
Valid UAE driving licence
Own vehicle
Strong understanding of Dubai property transactions
Ability to generate deals independently
Preferred Requirements
Existing investor or client database
Experience working with UK or international buyers
Established developer relationships
Zoho CRM experience
