What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and engaging buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Conducting property viewings and advising clients on homes, communities, and market conditions.
• Negotiating sales and rental transactions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Building long-term client relationships through clear, consistent communication.
• Staying up to date with Dubai market trends, pricing, and new developments.
• Growing your personal brand and professional network within the real estate community.

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
• Confidence in communicating with people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
• Valid driving licence.
• Comfortable working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
