Miracle Homes is Hiring Experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants

Miracle Homes is expanding its Dubai sales team and seeking experienced, multilingual property consultants with proven UAE off-plan experience.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are seeking consultants who can qualify buyers, understand their investment objectives, match them with the right opportunities, and close professionally.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience, with 2+ years preferred

• Proven experience selling Dubai off-plan property

• Strong knowledge of major Dubai developers, projects and communities

• Fluent English

• Fluency in at least one additional language strongly preferred, particularly Arabic, French or Russian

• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face communication

• Fast and consistent lead follow-up

• Strong CRM discipline

• Professional client-facing presentation

• Comfortable appearing in social media and video content

• Good understanding of investor requirements, payment plans, and project comparison

• Existing client database is an advantage

• Currently based in the UAE

We are not looking for agents who forward listings and wait for clients to make a decision.

We want property consultants who understand the client first, compare opportunities properly, and recommend a property only when it makes sense.
