Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly property sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead handling to deal closure.
- Promote residential and/or commercial property portfolios to clients and investors.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Advise clients on property options, pricing, ROI, and market trends.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
- Provide high-quality consultation tailored to client needs and budgets.
Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle qualified leads and referrals professionally and promptly.
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
Market Knowledge & Positioning
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi/Dubai real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights on new launches, developer projects, and investment opportunities.
- Position properties effectively based on client profiles.
Developer & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with developers and project teams for inventory, pricing, and offers.
- Work closely with marketing and lead generation teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with sales processes.
Reporting & CRM Usage
- Update CRM with client interactions, pipeline status, and deal progress.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations and closures.
