This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker (Off-plan) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing and selling off-plan properties, guiding clients through property investments, and maintaining a deep understanding of the real estate market. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Brokers are expected to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth transactions for all parties involved.

• Knowledge and experience in Brokerage and Real Estate practices
• Proficiency in Sales and Real Property evaluation
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Understanding of the off-plan property market in Dubai is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a bonus
• Valid real estate broker's license or certifications as required by UAE regulations
