This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Broker specializing in Off-Plan properties. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining a client network, identifying client property needs, sourcing off-plan properties, and facilitating property sales. Daily tasks involve liaising with property developers, presenting property options, negotiating terms, and assisting clients throughout the purchase process. The position also requires maintaining awareness of current market trends and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of various off-plan projects.

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate with a proven track record of success in the industry
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge and understanding of Real Property and the local real estate market
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or others are a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
