Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

To generate and close property sales and leasing transactions across residential, commercial, off-plan, and secondary markets.

To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.

To provide professional real estate advisory services while meeting company sales targets and compliance requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

Identify, prospect, and generate leads for property sales and leasing through calls, networking, and referrals.

Advise clients on residential, commercial, off-plan, and secondary market properties based on their requirements and budget.

Conduct property viewings, site visits, and developer presentations.

Negotiate sales and leasing terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Prepare and manage all necessary documentation.

Coordinate with developers, banks, trustees, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.

Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, RERA regulations, and company policies.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:

In addition to the essential duties, this position may be required to:

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and property launches.

Support team marketing initiatives, open houses, and promotional events.

Assist in updating property listings, marketing materials, and market reports.

Provide after-sales support and client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The individual must possess the following:

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication skills in English

Customer-focused attitude with professional presentation.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Strong understanding of UAE real estate market (off-plan & secondary).

Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, WhatsApp Business).

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 13 years experience in UAE real estate sales (residential, commercial, off-plan, or secondary market preferred).

License: RERA certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Grooming: Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance as per company standards.
