Role Description
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage the full sales cycle, work closely with clients, and deliver exceptional service while closing successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs and investment goals
- Present and showcase suitable properties
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations and closures
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Provide professional and timely customer service
Qualifications
- Currently based in UAE
- Proven experience in real estate, sales, or consulting
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the Dubai or Abu Dhabi real estate market is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification is preferred
