Role Description

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage the full sales cycle, work closely with clients, and deliver exceptional service while closing successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs and investment goals
  • Present and showcase suitable properties
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations and closures
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Provide professional and timely customer service

Qualifications

  • Currently based in UAE
  • Proven experience in real estate, sales, or consulting
  • Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the Dubai or Abu Dhabi real estate market is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification is preferred
