Experienced Real Estate Broker (Luxury Market UAE)

We are seeking high-performing Real Estate Brokers with a proven track record in the UAE luxury property market. This is a standout opportunity to join a dynamic, high-growth real estate team that provides exceptional support, premium leads, and access to exclusive property networks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle across luxury residential and investment properties

Conduct client meetings, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients

Handle client portfolios with professionalism, market insight, and strategic guidance

Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events to drive new business

Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and administrative staff

Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance metrics

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in the UAE Real Estate market

Strong background in the luxury property segment

Ability to consistently close 50,000 AED+ per month in commissions

Valid RERA certification is mandatory

Proven record of at least 12 closed deals per year (deal list required)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills

Motivated, target-driven, and committed to high performance
