  • About the role:

We're hiring a commission-based Real Estate Broker focused on Dubai's secondary (resale) market. This is a remote role, work from anywhere, manage your own schedule, and operate with full autonomy.

You'll be responsible for building and closing transactions end-to-end: sourcing and qualifying opportunities, managing listings, advising clients, negotiating offers, and driving deals to completion while maintaining high professional standards.

Our commission split starts at 75% broker, 25% company.

After your first successfully completed transaction, you can build your own team and earn an override on your team's production.

  • What you'll do:

  • Source, qualify, and manage secondary-market buyer and seller leads
  • Build and manage a portfolio of listings (pricing, positioning, viewings, offers)
  • Negotiate terms and lead the transaction from first contact to transfer
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline tracking and client follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the team on inventory, deal flow, and best practices
