Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Call Center role based in Egypt. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective and current clients, providing excellent customer service and information regarding available real estate projects. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating appointments with sales teams, providing guidance on company services, and maintaining customer data in company systems. The role requires close collaboration with sales and development teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
• Excellent Customer Service skills and experience in addressing client concerns
• Knowledge of Real Estate Development processes and procedures
• Proven Sales abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Egypt
• Prior experience in a call center or real estate environment is a plus

Experience in real estate at least 2 years at the same position

Graduated only
