This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. As a Real Estate Client Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for advising clients on property transactions, assisting with inquiries, offering insurance-related recommendations, and effectively communicating property solutions tailored to client needs. The role combines expertise in real estate with superior interpersonal and client-focused skills to deliver outstanding results.

• Exceptional Client Relations and Customer Service skills to build trust and provide a seamless experience for clients.
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by understanding and meeting client needs effectively.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional client interactions.
• Knowledge of property-related Insurance services and the ability to provide relevant advice.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client needs in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in the real estate industry or a related field is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
