This is a full-time, on-site Listing role located in Abu Dhabi. The role involves working directly with the listing team to identify, evaluate, and list properties for sale or lease within the UAE. Primary responsibilities include maintaining the property database, coordinating with the sales team to provide updated listings, liaising with property owners, and ensuring accuracy in marketing materials. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize listing visibility and attract potential buyers or tenants.

• Strong organizational skills with experience in property listing and database management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with property owners and internal teams.
• Knowledge of real estate trends, market dynamics, and property management principles.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for property listing and marketing purposes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Prior experience in real estate or property listing roles is an advantage.
