Role Description
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their real estate journey, whether they are buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai's vibrant property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized advice and high-quality service.
- Coordinate property viewings and manage client communications and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead negotiations and successfully finalize transactions while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Provide informed guidance on market trends, investment prospects, and the legal processes involved in real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate sales, with at least one year of experience in the UAE market preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and social media tools.
- Real estate certification or related qualifications are considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are beneficial.
- A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
