• Minimum 2 years of proven Dubai real estate sales experience
• Proven track record of closing real estate transactions
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Comfortable working on a 100% commission-based structure
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
• RERA certified
• Driver's license and own car preferred

• You are a fresher or have less than 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
• Your experience is outside Dubai real estate
• Your background is primarily in administration, customer service or support
• You are looking for a fixed salary
• You do not have a proven sales and closing record
