Role Overview
We're looking for motivated and client-focused Real Estate Consultants who are passionate about property and driven by results. You'll work closely with buyers, investors, and developers to guide them through the full sales journey from first inquiry to final handover. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is excited to represent a next-gen real estate brand in Dubai.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound property inquiries, qualifying leads and identifying client needs
Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective buyers through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
Present and promote off-plan and ready properties from major developers and secondary market listings
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, area pricing, and project launches
Arrange property viewings and site visits, coordinating with internal teams and developers
Build long-term relationships with clients and offer personalized investment or home-buying advice
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and deal progress in CRM
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance goals
Represent Nestr at property expos, launch events, and community activations
Who You Are
13 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, developers, and visa-related property rules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Driven by targets, commissions, and the desire to build a successful career
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace)
Confident, well-groomed, and presentable with a consultative sales approach
Must have a valid UAE driving license (preferred)
