Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Customer Service role located in Qesm El Maadi. The responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service tailored to the real estate industry, addressing client inquiries, assisting with property-related information, and supporting real estate sales and development processes. The role involves effective communication, providing solutions to customer needs, and contributing positively to the customer service experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property concepts
  • Strong Customer Service skills tailored to client and property needs
  • Experience or knowledge in Real Estate Development processes
  • Sales proficiency and the ability to understand market trends
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Prior experience in real estate or customer service is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
