Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Medina for a Real Estate Development Sales Manager. The responsibilities include conducting market research and feasibility studies, managing sales activities, building client relationships, leading contract negotiations, and overseeing property transactions. The role also involves collaborating with finance teams to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting Feasibility Studies and Property Management
  • Strong skills in Budgeting and Finance for real estate projects
  • Proven ability in Contract Negotiation and managing property transactions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate development or sales is preferred
