Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Real Estate Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to assess and manage real estate development projects, conducting market research and feasibility studies, and identifying potential opportunities for investment or development. Key duties also include liaising with clients to understand their needs, coordinating real estate transactions, and supporting property sales efforts. The role may also involve monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion while adhering to budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property processes and regulations
• Expertise in Real Estate Development, including project analysis and market research
• Customer Service and Sales skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• A proven ability to manage real estate projects effectively and meet deadlines
• Relevant educational background in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the local market in Riyad h, Saudi Arabia, is a strong advantage
