Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Leasing Manager based in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end leasing operations, manage property showings, negotiate lease terms, ensure compliance, and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants across residential and commercial portfolios.

Key Qualifications

Experience in Dubai property management and lease administration

Strong knowledge of leasing processes and real estate operations

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills

Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market

Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
