EXPERIENCE:
At least 1-2 years experience as Real Estate Listing Agent in Real Estate Market preferably in a medium to large organization or in real estate industry.
Listing Agent experience in Abu Dhabi market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure and manage property listings by building strong relationships with property owners and sellers.
- Conduct comparative market analyses to determine competitive market prices and prepare listing presentations.
- Coordinate professional photography, staging, and marketing materials, and advertise properties through multiple platforms (online portals, social media, open houses).
- Communicate regularly with sellers to provide updates, feedback, and advice on pricing or marketing strategies.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
- Prepare and review listing agreements, sales contracts, and other required documentation to ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
- Maintain and expand a database of potential sellers, buyers, and investors through prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
- Stay updated with local real estate trends, regulations, and property values.
