Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Media Buyer to join our dynamic team in a full-time, on-site capacity, located in Heliopolis. In this role, you will handle media planning, buying advertising space, implementing media strategies, and monitoring campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating ad placements, analyzing market trends, collaborating with stakeholders to align media strategy with business objectives, managing budgets, and preparing performance reports.

• Expertise in Media Planning and crafting effective Media Strategies
• Deep experience in the real estate market
• Knowledge of the real estate projects
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and optimizing campaigns
• Proficiency in Media Buying and ensuring optimal ad placements
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and negotiate deals
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and trends is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a relevant field
• Experience with real estate or related industries is advantageous
