- Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee internal development projects from planning to handover.
- Manage project schedule, budget, and on-site progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve technical issues.
- Review drawings, technical documents, and material submittals.
- Prepare progress and technical reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards.

- Minimum 20 years of total experience in construction & development projects.
- Must have worked as an in-house Projects Manager within a Real Estate Developer / Property Development Company.
- Experience managing multiple residential (not infrastructure).
- Strong background in project delivery, site management, and team leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in New Damietta (Company accommodation provided).
