Role Description
We are seeking ambitious, driven, and motivated individuals to join our Dubai office as Property Consultants on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is focused on generating sales across off-plan and secondary markets, while building a strong personal brand and long-term career within the company.
This is an opportunity for individuals who want to build a high-income career in real estate, with a clear path to progression into Team Leader and management roles, including the opportunity to build and lead your own team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for off-plan and secondary property sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Conduct property viewings, consultations, and presentations
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and property options
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to build trust and long-term relationships
- Work closely with the marketing team to build your personal brand and online presence
- Utilise company CRM and systems to manage leads, clients, and deals effectively
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and new project launches
- Continuously develop your sales skills, market knowledge, and performance
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or sales is an advantage, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
- Confident, presentable, and professional
- Willingness to learn and grow within a competitive environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
