Real Estate Property Consultant

This is a full-time , on-site role located in Hyde Park, New Cairo - Cairo, Egypt , for a Property Consultant role.

Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities to help them make informed decisions.

Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site tours for prospective buyers and investors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, including new developments, pricing, and legal regulations.

Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals as set by management

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

job requirements:-

1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting

Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.

Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Good Command in English
