Performance & Quality Lead

About The Role
We are looking for a Broker Performance & Quality Lead to drive accountability, CRM compliance, and client experience across our real estate brokerage. This role ensures brokers follow up leads correctly, maintain accurate pipelines in Bitrix24, and deliver a consistently high-quality client journey.
This is a real estate operations and performance role, not software QA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small Quality / Performance team
- Audit broker activity in Bitrix24 (lead response, follow-ups, pipeline accuracy)
- Enforce CRM standards and follow-up SLAs
- Conduct pipeline reviews and flag underperformance
- Oversee client callbacks, feedback, and issue resolution
- Analyse conversion rates and recommend improvements
- Produce simple performance and quality reports
What We're Looking For
- Experience in real estate operations, sales ops, QA, or client experience
- Strong CRM experience (Bitrix24 preferred)
- Confident holding brokers accountable
- Analytical, organised, and client-focused
- Dubai real estate experience is a strong plus
