CRC is continuing to grow so we're opening a rare opportunity for a Recruiter to join our Commercial-only Recruitment team in Dubai!

This role is ideal for someone who already has recruitment experience and is ready to take ownership of roles, manage candidates end-to-end and build strong relationships in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The Role:

As a Recruiter at CRC, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with candidates to deliver high-quality hires across commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing roles end-to-end across commercial sectors.

Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.

Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.

Coordinating interviews and managing offers.

Maintaining accurate CRM and recruitment records.

Contributing to team targets and business growth.

What We're Looking For:

Proven recruitment experience in Dubai real estate.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

High level of professionalism and organisation
