The ideal candidate will be sourcing, interviewing and evaluating potential candidates for sales teams. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding monthly assigned targets.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top-performing real estate professionals through various channels, including online portals, networking events, and personal referrals.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and company culture.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Metropolitan Premium Properties as an employer of choice.
