Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Dubai. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding top-tier talent. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality candidates. The Specialist will ensure a smooth recruitment process, align hiring goals with organizational needs, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience with effective Hiring strategies and techniques
• Skilled in Employer Branding and promoting a company's culture
• Strong Interviewing skills to assess and select top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, preferably in real estate or a similar industry

Must-Have Requirements

Currently based in Dubai (or within daily commuting distance).

Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in the UAE.

Proven HR recruitment experience within real estate brokerages in Dubai.

Direct experience hiring real estate brokers, sales agents, team leaders, and brokerage support roles.

Strong understanding of Dubai real estate hiring requirements, including RERA certification relevance.

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Professional, confident communicator capable of representing the brand at a senior level.

Preferred Profile

Arab or European background with exposure to international or GCC corporate environments.

European or international education preferred.

Polished, mature, and client-facing personality.

Strong networking skills within the Dubai real estate
