Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of Real Estate practices
• Proven ability in Sales and expertise in handling Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in local market trends and regulations
• Previous experience in real estate management or similar leadership roles
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
