Role Description

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Advisor position is located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, leveraging local real estate market trends and insights. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and providing professional advice regarding property investments and market opportunities. The advisor will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth and efficient real estate process from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License.
  • Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property expertise.
  • Proven Sales skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Customer Service skills, including excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in market research and ability to analyze real estate trends is a plus.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset with a team-player attitude.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage, though not mandatory.
