Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Advisor. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with property buying, selling, and investing needs, providing expert advice on real estate matters, and building long-term relationships. The advisor will also be responsible for maintaining extensive knowledge of the real estate market, negotiating property transactions, and meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Hold a valid Real Estate License and have a comprehensive understanding of real estate practices.
Strong Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and inquiries.
Experience in Sales and Real Property transactions with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Sound knowledge of the Real Estate market, including market trends and property valuations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in real estate software and tools is a plus.
