Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, generating leads, and staying informed on market trends. The role requires a proactive approach to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Real Estate experience in UAE
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry practices
• Demonstrated success in Sales and meeting targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
• Multilingual proficiency and familiarity with the Dubai real estate market are a plus
