Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent with minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate must be Hindi speaking, possess strong sales and negotiation skills, and have hands-on experience in property sales and leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong client base through calls, networking, portals, and referrals
- Handle property sales and leasing (residential / commercial as applicable)
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate prices, terms, and close deals successfully
- Prepare and coordinate offers, MOUs, and contracts
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with clients
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and areas
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external stakeholders
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)
- Hindi speaking is compulsory
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Dubai locations, pricing, and market dynamics
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- RERA certification is an added advantage
