Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our brokerage firm in Alexandria, Egypt. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the journey of finding their dream property or high-yield investment. We are looking for a closer who possesses a deep understanding of the Egyptian real estate landscape and a relentless drive to convert leads into successful deals. Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion & Management: Proactively following up on marketing-generated leads and conducting cold calls to build a robust personal sales pipeline.
  • Client Consultation: Conducting professional meetings to understand client needs, budgets, and preferences, providing expert advice on Residential, Commercial, or Resale options.
  • Property Showings & Site Visits: Organizing and conducting site visits for projects across Alexandria and the North Coast, highlighting unique selling points and developer advantages.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final contract signing, utilizing strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
  • Market Research: Staying updated on the latest project launches, payment plans, and market trends in Alexandria to provide accurate information to potential buyers.
  • CRM Utilization: Maintaining meticulous records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and deal statuses within the company's CRM tool to ensure no lead is lost.
  • Developer Liaison: Attending developer events and project briefings to maintain a deep knowledge of available inventory and exclusive offers.
  • Networking: Building and maintaining a personal network of potential investors and high-net-worth individuals to generate referral business.
  • Reporting: Providing regular updates to the Sales Team Lead regarding individual KPIs, conversion progress, and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably within a reputable brokerage firm focusing on the Alexandria & North Coast markets.
  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Alexandria real estate geography and familiarity with major developers and projects in the region.
  • Sales Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and a hunter mentality for finding new opportunities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Proven ability to handle objections professionally and navigate complex price negotiations to reach a win-win closing.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of English (B1/B2+ level), enabling professional communication with a high-end clientele.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM software and mobile communication tools (WhatsApp Business, etc.) for efficient lead management.
  • Resilience & Ambition: A self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure, maintains a positive attitude through market fluctuations, and is obsessed with hitting targets.
  • Residency: Must be based in or able to commute to our Alexandria headquarters.
