Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The agent will be responsible for assisting clients to buy, sell, and rent properties. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. The role also involves staying updated on local market conditions, analyzing property values, and meeting sales targets in alignment with business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in Real Estate Sales and expertise in Real Estate practices
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven Sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in market analysis and local real estate trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
