Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Sales Agent for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Additional responsibilities include attending client meetings, understanding market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills alongside the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and sales processes
• Experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and professional demeanor
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
