Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Real Estate Sales Agent role located in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, preparing contracts, and negotiating deals. Collaborating closely with clients, you will identify their needs and provide tailored property solutions. Additional tasks will involve building relationships with clients, staying informed about real estate market trends, and maintaining knowledge of property laws and regulations in the area.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate transactions
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proven skills and experience in Customer Service and client relations
• Proficiency in Sales techniques with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Deep understanding of local real estate market trends and legal requirements
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is advantageous
