Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance throughout the process. Daily tasks include prospecting for leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Sales and knowledge of the local real estate market
• A valid Real Estate License and understanding of industry regulations
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with a client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and able to meet targets in a competitive environment
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
