This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Property Advisor. The role involves building client relationships, assessing their property needs, and providing tailored real estate recommendations. The Property Advisor will act as a trusted consultant, conducting market analysis, guiding clients through the buying, selling or renting processes, and keeping them informed of market trends. Responsibilities also include networking, attending property visits or meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout property transactions.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct detailed market research and provide insightful property advice
• Customer relationship management and client service expertise
• Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM and real estate software tools
• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
