Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Agent, open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, facilitating property sales and purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. Agents will identify market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and offer expert advice to clients on investment opportunities, ensuring smooth and ethical transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate sector knowledge
• Strong Sales skills, with the ability to negotiate deals effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
