This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing expert advice on the real estate market. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, preparing documentation, and staying current with market trends and property valuations. The Sales Agent will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and knowledge of the real estate market
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License (if applicable in the region)
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to understand and meet client needs
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals effectively
• Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools
• Experience with property documentation and legal contract preparation
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is a plus
