Job Description:
Golden Key Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent
to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist clients in
buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing
exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage property leads through calls, networking, and marketing
- platforms
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and present detailed information to potential buyers and
- tenants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Negotiate property deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Stay updated with the Dubai real estate market trends and property regulations
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, clients, and transactions
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and or Arabic (additional languages are an advantage)
