Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team in Sheikh Zayed City. This role is focused purely on property sales, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals in the residential and commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Promote, present, and sell residential and commercial properties.

Generate sales leads through calls, social media, referrals, and networking.

Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings.

Identify client needs and match them with suitable properties.

Negotiate prices, offers, and contract terms to successfully close sales.

Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams to finalize transactions.

Update and maintain client and property records in CRM systems.

Stay updated on market trends, projects, and pricing in Sheikh Zayed and Giza.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in real estate sales or direct sales is preferred.

Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

Target-driven and highly motivated to earn commissions.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market is a strong advantage.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus.
