Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate agent to join our brokerage team. The ideal candidate will actively generate leads, manage clients, and close property deals efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through multiple channels including networking, referrals, and CRM systems.
  • Conduct Market research to identify property opportunities for clients
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Advice clients on property market conditions, price, and mortgages.
  • Negotiate sales and rental agreements between buyers, sellers, and tenants.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain and update all client interactions, property listings, and sales progress in CRM.
  • Track performance metrics through CRM including leads converted, appointments scheduled and deals closed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely property handovers
  • Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions and marketing events as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Real Estate
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused professional and highly motivated
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and understanding of lead management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Chinese, Russians speakers are most welcome to apply
