Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships specifically with UAE and international investors and end-users.
  • Property Presentations: Conduct professional viewings and high-level presentations for clients.
  • Expert Advisory: Provide strategic advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches.

Qualifications

  • Language: Native or professional fluency in English, Arabic or any European Languages with excellent command
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales (UAE real estate experience is a significant advantage) but its not mandatory.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and client management abilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE property laws and market procedures is preferred not mandatory
