Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Broker with at least 2 years of proven experience in bothOff-Plan and Secondary market.The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the local market, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing Off-Plan and Secondary properties.

Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing, and property availability.

Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.

Negotiate contracts, offers, and closing terms between buyers and sellers.

Develop and maintain a network of property owners, investors, and clients.

Stay up to date with market trends, zoning laws, and real estate regulations.

Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate broker or agent.

Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Compensation

Base salary + commission structure (negotiable based on experience).
