This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Agent located in Qesm El Maadi. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for advising clients on the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating agreements, preparing contracts, staying informed about the real estate market, and identifying suitable property options to meet client needs.

• Must hold a valid Real Estate License or equivalent certification
• Experience in Real Estate with knowledge of both residential and commercial properties
• Customer Service and Sales expertise to provide exceptional client experiences and close deals effectively
• Proficiency in understanding Real Property laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Qesm El Maadi is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
