Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, renting, and selling properties, providing expert real estate consulting services, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Daily tasks include communicating with clients to understand their needs, advising on market trends, coordinating property visits, negotiating deals, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and an in-depth understanding of the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate industry knowledge and expertise
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain professional client relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
